Implementing and managing recruitment projects;
Setting and executing sourcing strategy;
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites and social media;
Finding and engaging passive candidates through different channels;
Qualifying candidates by conducting detailed telephone interviews;
Conducting comprehensive market and competitors analysis;
Ensuring Client and Candidate satisfaction and constantly aiming to improve the service.
Hands on experience in Full Recruitment Life-cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission and interviewing, follow-ups);
Command over various search tools and techniques;
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and job seekers;
Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position (eg. Researcher, Recruiter, etc.);
Experience in recruitment agencies will be an asset;
Experience in providing recruitment projects for Finance sector;
Experience in providing recruitment projects for IT sector would be a plus;
Ability to work under pressure;
English - advanced.
