Organizing and managing search of the required professions, specializations and qualifications for vacancies of any level of complexity;
Managing work of recruitment team – work capacity planning and setting priorities
Communicating with the customer, at any level, during the recruitment process;
Participating in defining strategy of recruitment process;
Analyzing and forecasting recruitment risks; in-timely inform the management about the possibility of their existence;
Analyzing the labor market and working out searching strategy to increase candidates’ pipeline.
Escalation handling
Taking care of team’s development by mentoring/coaching
Providing team with all the necessary information regarding the process of assessment and search of the candidates for the positions, as well as the hiring conditions;
Planning the headcount of the group according to the requirements of the company;
Timely providing the set formats of reports; developing new types of reports if necessary
Participation in forming and supporting positive image of the company on the market;
Providing qualitative fulfillment of the set tasks and constant methodology improvement.
Proven track-record managing a team
Experience in managing high volume recruitment process (end to end) in a corporate environment
Experience in IT sector with excellent IT market knowledge in Wroclaw particularly
Ability to work in changing and quickly developing environment
Ability to work under own initiative, cope well under pressure and meet agreed targets & deadlines
Results driven with excellent communication skills
Fluent English
