We are currently looking for a Supervisor of a small operations team dealing with off shoring recruitment processes for our internal clients in our EMA region.
The role will focus primarily on the people and process management in the area of operations, therefore we are looking for candidates with management-oriented experience and interests in operations related ideally to the area of HR.
- Team leading a 4-6 people team (composed of Senior Assistants or Specialists), being responsible for the team performance and ensuring the successful day to day delivery of operations and HR processes
- Regular reporting responsibilities and escalation to EMA Management team based outside of Poland
- Ensuring smooth realization of processes in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. Reviewing processes on a regular basis and propose changes where necessary
- Running regularly capacity planning of team resources as well as ensuring back-up support solutions during peak periods
- Ensuring proper performance management for team members
- Supporting the development of team members’ skillset and experience level as required
- Ensuring regular team communication
- Regular reporting regarding KPIs and milestones to stakeholders outside of Poland
- You will be required to travel internationally
You have successfully completed a bachelor or master’s degree ideally in the field of Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics, and you will also have:
- A minimum 1 year experience in leading operations teams
- Experience in leading teams in a Shared Service environment would be an advantage
- Experience with recruitment admin processes (interview scheduling, reference checking) would be an advantage
- Business fluency in Polish and English (both verbal and written) is essential for this role. Language skills in German and/or French would be an advantage
- Very good and demonstrable Project Management and Time Management skills
- Coaching and mentoring management style with a strong project management sense
- Proven experience and confidence in communication with different internal and external stakeholders
- Working well in a team environment – both in the office as well as online with a larger virtual team
- A strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- An organized and structured working ethic and ability to manage own workload independently
- Experience in working with virtual teams in an international and intercultural setting will be a strong asset
