Recruitment Specialist
Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
- Around 1 year of professional experience in end to end recruitment
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent customer service and client interaction,
- Flexible and open-minded
- Fluent English (at least B2)
What duties will help you grow?
The main purpose is to own end-to-end recruitment process, built positive relations with Hiring Managers and candidate experience.
Main accountabilities:
- conducting end-to-end recruitment process for Early Career positions (contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources)
- Building and maintaining long lasting relations with Hiring Managers
- Regular ad hoc reporting about recruitment matters
- Setting up priorities according to the business requirements
