Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:

Samodzielne prowadzenie wewnętrznych projektów rekrutacyjnych
Poszukiwanie kandydatów za pomocą metod aktywnych (Direct Search) przy pomocy najnowocześniejszych narzędzi i kanałów
Wsparcie w wewnętrznych projektach HR
Udział w tworzeniu narzędzi wspierających rekrutację - testy, Assessment Centre
Optymalizacja narzędzi rekrutacyjnych
Poszukiwanie alternatywnych źródeł pozyskania specjalistów.
Umiejętność budowania strategii rekrutacyjnych

Wymagania:

2 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (wewnętrzny język firmy)
Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku/korporacji
Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi i najlepszych praktyk w rekrutacji
Rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne
Umiejętność budowania pozytywnych relacji z kandydatami
