Position purpose
The main purpose of the position is ensuring high level of recruitment services for Capgemini Poland Cloud Infrastructure Services in 3 locations (Krakow, Katowice and Opole) in reference to the wide scope of positions (from 1st Level Agents to Managerial Positions).
The Recruitment Team Leader/Manager will act as the direct supervisor of HR SSC Infra Recruitment Team. Reporting to and working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, the Recruitment Team Leader/Manager will be responsible for day to day Recruitment Team management in order to meet both short and long term needs of the organization and contribute to the achievement of business goals of Capgemini Poland.

Main accountabilities
- Proactively managing Recruitment Team performance aiming to meet or exceed SLA targets, aspirations and clients expectations; recommending and implementing action plans as appropriate to address any shortfalls
- Monitoring the quality of the service and influencing continuous improvement
- Ensuring effective utilization of resources within the Recruitment Team
- Assigning priorities for the Recruitment Team
- Providing a first point of escalation for the Recruitment Team in respect of service/delivery issues
- Contact with Customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as required, regarding different operational issues
- Being a first escalation point for the Hiring Managers
- Tracking services provided and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Continually acting to simplify, standardise and improve recruitment processes
- Coordinating people management activities such as staffing, training and employee relations of the team
- Motivating Recruitment Team members to provide excellent client service
- Providing leadership to the team through mentoring, coaching, career growth opportunities and performance management
- Responsible for succession planning, shadowing and identifying high-potentials
- Assisting in planning and implementation of agreed changes to the delivered services
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager at the company
- Proven track record in recruitment processes at least while building own team
- Comprehensive knowledge of company internal recruitment policies
- Understanding of different Business Units
- Fluent English communication skills (oral & written)
- Fluent Polish is a must
- Strong MS Office tool skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
