Regional Account Manager will be in charge of sales development of an assigned region by offering business MICE services of all Orbis /Accor Hotels in Poland. Regional Account Manager located in Head Office will be part of Regional Sales Team, taking care of market share increase and revenues of Orbis Hotel Group as well as achieving key sales index (e.g. RevPar).
- proactive sales in an assigned region by offering business and MICE services of all Orbis / Accor Hotels in Poland
- building relations with potential and new clients
- customer care of current clients and developing relations with them by widening range of provided services
- introducing major benefits that Orbis / Accor Hotels Group can provide including special offers, loyalty program, etc.
- implementing sales strategies and targets set up by the company
- handling of negotiations, following strategy for prices and conditions
- preparing and coordinating contracts as well as monitoring their fulfillment
- close collaboration and interaction with hotels and Head Office
- preparing documents and reports concerning sales effectiveness
- min. 2 years of experience within hospitality or touristic area and B2B sales
- knowledge of hotel business and Accor Hotels tools will be an advantage
- advanced business English (second language will be an attitude)
- very good computer literacy (MS Office)
- higher education
- excellent sales, communication and presentation skills
- willing to travel and meet new challenges
