Regional Director of Luxoft

Responsibilites
- In line with country strategy, define and execute city plan, composed of, but not limited to: *operational efficiency of 1100+ HC site, with over 6.000 sqm. office space *marketing, brand recognition *recruitment results *HR, including retention and engagement *office space and its utilization *other functions (IT, security, training)
- Provide mentoring and coaching of all admin function managers
- Work with internal business functions to attract new business to the city
- Explore and promote region's specific resources/talent pool/opportunities
- Act as an escalation point for capacity and budget issues, function enablement
- Explore options for new business acquisition (active local market search, cooperation on global requests)
- Represent the company on public events, conferences, be “single face of Luxoft” in the region
- Participate actively in global Corporate projects
- Acts as a role model for company values
Requirements
Preferred background/experience:
- Director of large IT Delivery Center
- Head of large SSC
- Operations Director of IT company size of 2000+ HC
