Our Client is a leading FMCG enterprise operating worldwide with a globally renowned brand. Due to a rapid growth of Polish operations we are currently seeking for Regional IT Manager to supervise application maintenance processes in Western Europe and centralize new services within the region. It is a role for talented leaders open for challenges and personal development within corporate structures.
Job description
- Manage the quality of application maintenance services
- Contact with regional business to solve IT related issues
- Audit IT contracts, infrastructure and organization on markets
- Manage implementations of application improvements
- Report on application performance and service delivery
- Build solid relationships with internal business clients
- Perform on site trainings for key users
Who we are looking for
- Master degree in computer science or relevant
- Experience in managing sales supporting applications
- Practical experience in building business relations
- Knowledge of CRM systems and FMCG industry
- Experience in implementing PMI methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports
- Strong business English is a must
