For our Client a global leader providing high quality workspace interior solutions for offices we are currently looking for Regional Sales Director for Central Poland.
The person working on this position will be responsible for sales development and managing a team in the region of Central Poland. Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building and developing relations with existing customers (key accounts) as well as acquiring new customers from commercial sector. Regional Sales Director will be accountable for market analysis, preparing presentations, customized offers and solutions for clients, leading complex negotiation process and attending industry events. The candidate will be responsible for managing of a team of Key Account Managers in the region, motivating, setting goals and coaching.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate at least 5-years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in real estate, interior solutions or related sector. Fluent command of English and higher education is a must. We are looking for independent, decisive, dynamic, customer and results oriented person with very high developed interpersonal, strong presentation and project management skills. Experience in managing a team will be a strong asset.
