Responsibilites
- End to end responsibility for new requirements:
- Solution design
- Problem solving
- Issue investigation
- Effort estimation
- Development
- Documentation
- Testing and Release
- Support and maintenance of the existing functionality
- Support and maintenance of the developer environments
Requirements
- Programming Languages; Python, SQL, C#, ADFL, AEL, ACM
- Operating Systems; Windows
- Software; Front Arena
- Experience with XML and XSLT as well as standard financial product message formats; FpML, FIXML
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT industry as a Developer/ Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of financial industry - Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate project status and performance to project stakeholders and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Team player

- Migrating to Windows/MS SQL Server from Unix/Sybase
- Upgrading to Front Arena 2015.1
- Migrating FX Options into Front Arena
- Building of Trade Loaders to the Strategic Risk Engines
- Building Counterparty Data interface to enable the removing of identifying data from the DB
- Integration of Reporting with the Strategic Risk and Valuation Engine
