Responsibilites
- Liaising with Customers via regular calls.
- Performing Requirements analysis, Gap analysis, Screen Mock-ups, Demos for business users, provide Feature Workarounds or Alternatives, break down High Level Requirements into User Stories, analyze Feature Dependencies
- Work in distributed team based in Bucharest, London, Krakow, New York with deep level of communication inside of international team.
- Facilitating business/domain knowledge accumulation/sharing within the team.
- Contributing in the strategic transformation of Luxoft as a vendor towards technology partnership with Customer.
- Improving ownership of the solution to allow Value propositions creation for the Customer
- Support and develop existing application modules.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Business/Functional Analyst
- Prior Investment banking experienced is highly appreciated
- Fluent spoken/written English
- Agile Background (1-2yrs) / understands how to write user stories
- 5+ years total working experience
- Good Communication and Team Player
- Experience in working with web applications
- Experience in working with Jira customization
