- To work as a part of the scrum team
- Development of backend of reference data distribution banking application.
- Liaising with Customer on regular calls.
- Work in distributed team based in Krakow, London, New York with deep level of communication inside of international team.
- Facilitating business/domain knowledge improvement within the team as part of strategic initiative
- Advanced spoken/written English
- Java Core, Spring4 - must have, JMS
- Relational databases experience (Oracle preferred) and Neo4J, Cassandra(no SQL databases)
- Maven, GIT, TeamCity, Puppet
- Linux shell knowledge
- Experience of work in distributed team
- Investment banking experience is nice to have
- Banking related background is nice to have

We work on server-side Java apps. Main project challenges are: high performance, service reliability and data consistency.
Over 70 consumer systems and different up-stream sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc). Provider of essential business instruments (Equities, Bonds, Futures, etc). Development process: Agile-based. Team works as a part of big international team. Team contains dedicated business analyst, who is responsible for requirements preparation, Project Manager which manages the team and delivery, several developers, and QA team, who sit near developers
Customers are in UK and US, so some trips to the customer is possible.
