Project Description:
Our team will develop a new solution for consumption of analytical data for large retail, key market player company. Current solution uses screen based design which has multiple drawbacks which are will be resolved by using dimensional modeling approach. The team will be designing, developing and maintaining informational services to provide data to analytical applications. Modern technologies and approaches such as Spring Boot 2, CI/CD, QA automation, centralized logging, tracing and monitoring are used in the project.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software components according to business/functional requirements
- Design and implement messaging solutions for applications integration
- Perform unit testing of software components
- Support system integration testing
- Analyze existing system code and propose improvements when necessary
- Work in distributed agile team based in Poland and Spain
Skills
- Solid experience in core Java (3+ years)
- Knowledge of Java 8 new features
- Experience with messaging technologies (JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ)
- Experience with J2EE, Spring, JPA/Hibernate
- Experience with SQL databases
- Strong OOP skills and ability to propose design and implement changes in complex systems
- Good communication skills
