Regular PMO Analyst

Responsibilites
- Maintaining requirements traceability management tool
- Quality assurance of data input in project management tools
- Creating and optimazing various of project management reports
- Monitoring project changes and updating systems accordingly
- Variety of ad hoc tasks from Project Managers
Requirements
- Very good user level of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and JIRA.
- Basic knowledge about project management and different methodologies (Prince2, PMI or IPMA, etc.) would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English
- Detail oriented
- Proactive approach and flexible attitude
- Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
- A strong customer centric approach
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
