Responsibilites
- Develop the test cases and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data when required.
- Participate in defining and communicating best practices.
- Maintain and update tests based on continuous feedback
Requirements
- Requirement Analysis, Test Case, Test Plan Documentation with Execution and Defect Reporting & Analysis.
- Responsibility for ensuring on time test execution and test delivery in collaboration with the onsite and off-shore partners
- Creating test approach, test strategy and test plans, test cases.
- Candidate will be part of an international team within Global Testing Services cross region.(NY ,Raleigh & Pune)
- Working closely with Project, Dev and QA team.
- Publish the Daily, Weekly Status Report using GTS Dashboard for onsite/offshore coordinators.
- Ensure key SLAs / KPIs are proactively monitored and mitigating actions are implemented.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, TDD
- Excellent Team Player
- Willingness to take initiative and responsibility
Desired :
- Investment Banking exposure
- Experience in using JIRA and HP Quality Centre / ALM (or equivalent tools)
- Java, C++ and C# development experience will be plus
- Automation testing using QTP, Selenium, etc...

Candidate will be part of a big global team responsible for Quality Assurance for all the Credit Trading Applications.
Define and review and create test plans and specifications, full test execution and reporting, Defect identification, investigation, testing that the functionality of the trading applications.
Conduct test artefact reviews with project stakeholders and ensure milestones are achieved within pre agreed timeframes.
