Główne zadania na tym stanowisku pracy to:
  • Prowadzenie kompleksowych procesów rekrutacyjnych z branży IT
  • Poszukiwanie najlepszych kandydatów
  • Weryfikacja aplikacji oraz preselekcja kandydatów w rozmowie telefonicznej
  • Przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych
  • Dbanie o dobre relacje z kandydatami/konsultantami
  • Kształtowanie działań mających na celu utrzymanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy wśród kandydatów
  • Przygotowywanie stosownych raportów
  • Udział w tworzeniu materiałów i narzędzi rekrutacyjnych
  • Wdrażanie standardów rekrutacyjnych
  • Współpracę z firmami doradztwa personalnego, biurami karier oraz mediami rekrutacyjnymi
Wymagania wobec Kandydata:
  • Minimum rok doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka francuskiego/niemieckiego lub niderlandzkiego
  • Wysoka kultura osobista i doskonałe zdolności interpersonalne
  • Entuzjazm, zaangażowanie
  • Orientacja na cel, kreatywność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy
  • Znajomość stanowisk i technologii IT będzie dodatkowym plusem
