Opis
Aktywna rekrutacja obcokrajowców, zarówno stacjonarna jak i terenowa.
Utrzymywanie kontaktu (mailowego/telefonicznego/bezpośredniego) z kandydatami na wszystkich etapach rekrutacji.
Dbałość o dobrą organizację dokumentów rekrutacyjnych, ich kompletność i aktualność.
Weryfikacja zakwaterowania, organizacja transportów, zatrudnianie
Ścisła współpraca z działami Koordynacji i opieka/wsparcie nad zrekrutowanymi osobami.
Wymagania
Znajomości języka ukraińskiego lub rosyjskiego, oraz bardzo dobrej znajomości języka polskiego ( znajomość j. Angielskiego będzie sporym atutem )
Doświadczenie w samodzielnym pozyskiwaniu kandydatów z Polski, Ukrainy oraz innych krajów mile widziane
