Responsibilites
- Communicate clearly and appropriately with Application Owners and Sr. Management level, Project Managers, Engineer teams, Change teams, Business end users, Technical SME’s.
- Change request rising, proceeding with all workflow (communication with all required teams, infrastructures and receiving all sign-offs, reach agreements) from origination to closure.
Requirements
- Very proactive and "Getting things done" attitude and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently reach targets in cooperation with distributed multinational team;
- Must have strong communication & stakeholder management skills;
- Understanding of Change Management and Release Management processes;
- Network base knowledge, UNIX/Linux/Windows administration experience are an advantage.
