Remedy Engineer and Administrator
Location: Poznań
Requirements
- experience in administration, configuration and development in BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM version 8.x
- previous experience providing Remedy support in an operational environment
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) and 4 + years progressive experience
- excellent English skills
- knowledge of additional programming languages (Java, C#, ASP .Net)
- ITIL v3 Foundation
Responsibilities
- devise and modify procedures to solve complex problems of computer equipment and limitation
- prepare detailed specifications for programs
- assist software systems lifecycle and the evaluation of new and existing software products
- work with Project Managers, Developers, and End Users to ensure application designs meet business requirements
- assist all phases of software systems programming applications and the evaluation of new and existing software products
