Report Developer will join the project related to reporting and client documentation. Main responsibility would be a constant contact with the stakeholders including sales representatives to gather requirements for client documentation and its implementation using one of existing reporting, document authoring tools. As the report/document generation process is fully automated, RD needs to have a good understanding of the relations between various systems taking part in the data flow, have some programming experience to be able create C# .NET components responsible for processing incoming data into form acceptable by the document rendering engine. Mainly RD would need to author the templates of the reports/documents which requires extensive knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSL:FO, HTML and CSS. In long term RD will acquire a Business Knowledge which is required to successful understanding and implementation of business requirements..
Must:
HTML + CSS
XML (XSLT, xPath)
Experience with any report authoring tools like:
- Crystal Reports
- Reporting Services
- Oracle BI Publisher
- Thunderhead
Nice to have:
Basic C# .NET
LINQ
XSL:FO
