Our client is a global organization that develops a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking for a Reporting Accountant with English.
Your main responsibility as a Reporting Accountant will be prepare, code and record journal entries in nominal ledger, perform financial statement reviews, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions, update monthly account reconciliations and resolve unreconciling items. Within the role you will also be responsible for close cooperation with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams as well as providing audit support. One of the main duties is also identify, develop and implement process improvements and internal controls.
In order to be successful on this position you should have Master’s Degree in economics/ finance related discipline with minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting. Professional experience of wide range of accountancy within a SSC/BPO, Accounting Office or Big 4 environment is strong asset as well as experience in change management, flexibility and ability to think strategically. We seek a professional with excellent communication skills and knowledge of Oracle. You need to speak fluent English.
