For one of our Clients, an international company specialising in a remote technical support, due to the fact of an intensive development, we are looking for a person, who will work closely with a Business Operations Manager residing in Germany.
You will:
- acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems,
- identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets,
- filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems,
- work with management to prioritize business and information needs,
- prepare decision papers and recommendations based on analysis results,
- create easy to understand dashboards and user friendly data visualization with tools like Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint.
You are:
- highly educated in Excel, able to perform VBA-Programming, experienced in common database engines like SQL, OLEDB and MS Access, and also in Pyramid and Power BI,
- analitical - you are able to go into details, but also you can see the big picture,
- fluent in German; communicative English is a strong advantage.
