For our Client, an international organization based in Poznan, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Reporting and System Analyst with English.
Duties: The Reporting and Business Analyst will be a member of the global team and will support the shared service centers and global functions. The role has a dual scope; being responsible for matters related to financial reporting and analysis on the one hand and end-to-end budget planning of the departments on the other hand. Being a member of the global team the individual will work closely with colleagues in finance/accounting, HR and will interact with department leadership and other stakeholders to meet the financial reporting, budgeting, and compensation/industry benchmarking needs.
As a ideal Candidate, you should have university degree, preferably in the finance field and 3-5 years of professional experience in financial planning, reporting and accounting. Excellent verbal and written English language skills (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent) are a must. Moreover the ideal Candidate should have strong understanding of the accounting rules, fixed assets systems and depreciation logic, in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access and experience in financial reporting, budgeting systems, report development.
