Reporting and Improvement Specialist

Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate who can take over the role of Reporting and Improvement Specialist in media & entertainment studio.
The scope of activities is complex and includes random end to end tasks. Scope of work covers reporting tasks across media & entertainment studio (globally).
Main accountabilities
- Creation, running and maintenance of reports provided to client in excel or Share Point fusion charts
- Cooperation with Engagements on driving continuous improvement initiatives while supporting implementation of automations - new tools and micro applications
- Business analytics for improvement projects implementation
- Participation in continuous improvement projects
- SLA reporting
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Excel and VBA is a must. Any other programming knowledge would be an asset
- Multitasking, ability to organize work in compliance with the operational procedures, tight deadlines, KPI/Client’s Reporting requirements, ad hock priority tasks
- Strong analytical skills
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach and improvement approach
- Experience in Invoice To Cash will be an asset
