About the department
Our B2B Sales Support teams are responsible for close contact with significant B2B Healthcare Customers such as hospitals, private clinics, medical institutions, pharmacies, distributors and sales representatives. We stay close to the Customers because as the department we are mainly responsible for processing their orders and entering their data into our systems.
About the job
The person is responsible for managing data that comes from sales distributors in USA and Canada. Data needs to be collected from different sources (e-mails, websites) and in different formats, then needs to be scrubbed (cleared, corrected within Excel) and transferred into ERP system. Also, there is lots of system administration on data quality regarding sales chargebacks.
Your responsibilities
- Collecting raw data from about 100 distributors from multiple sources
- Scrubbing and validating data files – converting into one format, modifying, clearing and analysing data
- Sending files to other teams, staying on top of progress of the files due to the strict timelines
- Administering the files in the ERP system with updates the US team provides
- Processing updates to the data as needed once discrepancies have been validated
- Running reports after all files have been closed out for the month and sending those to the appropriate teams (AR team, US team)
- Maintaining monthly reports to distributors regarding the status of requested chargebacks; customize reports to meet stakeholder needs
- Developing and maintains ongoing partner relationships with distributors and sales leaders
Requirements
- English skills – very good level (min. B2) is a must-have
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel including vlookups, pivot tables, formulas etc.
- Experience working with large data sets
- Detail consciousness and ability to audit analytics and processes
- Experience working with any information systems (ERP or CRM) will be an advantage
- Ability to work in the specific timeslot: Mon-Fri, 9-17
