Purpose of the role
• Manage the development of static reports and dynamic dashboards that provide complete, reliable, accurate and timely business information for financial management reporting purposes across the IAG group ( Initially within project )
• Prioritise work to develop and regularly produce the catalogue of reports and drive continuous improvement of the content of the catalogue to improve efficiency and insight provided
• Drive continuous improvement of report and data quality
• Manage to build, test and deployment of new or changed reports
Accountabilities
• Convert broad understanding of the financial aspects and key drivers of the business into the creation of standard management reporting, including dashboards
• Manage the capture data requirements for OBIEE ( End state solution)
• Manage the identification of data sources and the required data conversions into new and existing dashboards
• Manage the dashboard development in Tableau
• Manage the programmes of work with external and internal business advisors (including IT), as appropriate, taking good practice and guidance for the creation and development of dashboards
• Manage the production of reports and templates that support the annual financial planning process and the business plan
• Translate identified business need into relevant business reports that inform business decisions
• Manage the creation of reports that enable accurate and timely tracking and reporting of business performs
• Manage the processes for control of user access and approval levels of reporting systems
• Manage the team, focusing on development to build high performance

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
• Full professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Skills:
• Excellent people manager with ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams
• Ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in way of effective team working
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across a diverse geographic region and at multiple levels,
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritise, maintain clear focus and provide direction in constant ambiguity and change
• A strong customer focus, committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage people and projects in a fast-paced global environment with tight deadlines, finite resources and conflicting priorities
• Excellent English language skills
• Working knowledge of Spanish is an asset
Experience
• 2 years post-qualification experience in financial planning and management reporting, preferably in a global company
• Experience working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology.
• Experience managing a team
• Knowledge and experience working with Tableau / Oracle OBIEE or similar tools
• Evidence of success in turning business requirement into achievable technical outputs
