For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Reporting Manager.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing the development of static reports and dynamic dashboards that provide complete, reliable, accurate and timely business information for financial management reporting purposes, prioritizing work to develop and regularly produce the catalogue of reports and drive continuous improvement of the content of the catalogue to improve efficiency and insight provided as well as drive continuous improvement of report and data quality.

As ideal Candidate should have experience as Reporting Manager, professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), be excellent people manager with ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams, ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in way of effective team working. We are looking for a person with excellent oral and written communication, excellent English language skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills, ability to prioritise and provide direction in constant ambiguity and change. Spanish knowledge is an asset.
