Who are we looking for?
Candidate’s profile
- Education background in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics (higher or secondary)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner
Requirements
- Analytical skills required
- Other Skills – MS Excel (very good), MS Access will be an asset
- Once week per month you will be expected to work 12:30-21:00
What will you do?
Main accountabilities
- Operating in MS Excel & the financial applications of the Internal Finance Team
- Analysis of the financial data
- Data preparation and support for Management Reporting
- Invoice issuing
Our main tasks:
- Business Services North America Reporting – time & headcount reporting, Cost Actuals & Forecasts
- Project Reporting and Controlling– monthly Actual reports, data consolidation, Forecast, Budget, variance analysis & follow up
