Representative

Job description

We need a representative that will represent our company in events, VIP setup, trips to Denmark, Czech etc. You will also conduct interviews after press releases and guide our Partners from Denmark in Warsaw when they are here. It is important you are well known, and heavy user of social media like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. As you are representing the company in public events, business events, there is a code of conduct connected to this position. When that is said, you will join a young team in Poland, that works together with our team from Denmark.

Requirements

Scope of qualifications:

• Speak and communicate in English
• Setting up events on exclusive bars
• Be on photo shoots for pictures for social media
• Be in YouTube videos
• Make reservations for VIP
• Organize marketing material on request, t-shirts, fliers, posters etc.
• Be the companies representative in the media (radio, TV, local news etc)
• You need to have internet access and have own computer to add things on-line
• You need to be able to use Skype
• You have to come up with good ideas for promotion activities

The job will initially require 10-20 hours per week, mostly during afternoons and evening, some Friday/Saturday evenings for VIP arrangements.

All this can be CRAZY, we are open for what ever! Most important is we are unique and recognizable in the market, one way or the other. We want on-line marketing as much as possible, as it fits our other business profiles well.

We offer

We do offer a permanent contract after Polish Labour law. Salary calculated based on the activities weekly, bonus will be available when agreed goals are reached. There is a good opportunity for further career in the company.
