We are looking for Research & Development Manager who will be responsible for the efficient provision of comprehensive, consistent & accurate product specification data within the SAP system.

If you feel comfortable to manage team of subordinates working with big data, value accuracy and like to operate with electronic systems – Apply!

You will be responsible for product specification and bills of material creation in JTI global SAP system.

You will establish, maintain and continuously improve the department specific processes as well as working documents and internal guidelines.

You will monitor and maintain the global business processes between other R&D / Company functions & factories to ensure maximum operating efficiency and compliance with the applicable JTI Management systems.

You will provide leadership and support to subordinates, identifying and fulfilling their development needs.
