- 3-5 years of experience in conducting different kinds of market research;
- Experience in cooperation with research agencies;
- Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods;
- Experience in analysing data, creating research reports and synthesis of data;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written and at all organizational levels;
- Knowledge and interest in Cryptocurrency/blockchain industry will be an advantage;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Ability to work on a few projects at the same time and effectively under time pressure;
- Fluent spoken and written English, preferred level B2/C1;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Challenges for you:
- Conduct complex research and present research reports;
- Analyzing needs according to the exact project by defining research methods, main goals and the action plan;
- Cooperate with external research agencies within different kinds of research projects;
- Gathering available data according to the research topics;
- Creating summaries, research reports, data synthesis;
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to collect and take care of the correct course of information;
- Support and work with the rest of the Research Team;
- Presenting research conclusions to the other company’s departments, the Board and to the Research Team.
