Based on our dynamic growth Hays opens the position of Researcher with Romanian and English
Working on the position of Researcher you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be bresponsible for interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies, drawing up short-lists, participating in fairs/other events organized in Romania (when needed), making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies, helping applicants to prepare for interviews., direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters producing timely reports on recruitment activities, ensuring recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively, managing multiple campaigns
Your role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction and effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’a are met, while following Client compliance procedures.
We are looking for multilingual, dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills. Previous experience within recruitment or Human Resources environment would be highly advantageous but not essential. Ideal candidate is a good team player with flexible approach. As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. Any other European language would be an asset. IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is a must. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
