Responsibilites
Main job purpose
Researcher is responsible for generating good quality pipeline of candidates, building long term relationship with candidates to meet the targets and close the roles.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates;
- Partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process;
- Recruiting IT specialists and other profiles if required;
- New recruitment channels identification;
- Market investigation/research;
- Be a support for Recruiter.
Requirements
Skills required
- Technical skills/Professional knowledge;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Good Microsoft Office package knowledge is a must;
Experience in recruitment/sourcing area (nice to have).
Soft skills
- Ability to work within tense timeline;
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Results driven.
