Responsibilites
- Sourcing candidates;
- Partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process;
- Recruiting IT specialists - Software developers (Java, J2EE, .Net, C#, MS SQL, Oracle, OEBS, DWH, Cognos, Tibco, Informatica, Teradata), Quality Assurance specialists, Support Engineers, Software Architects, Project/Program Managers;
- New recruitment channels identification;
- Market investigation/research;
Requirements
- Ability to work within tense timeline;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
