- Sourcing candidates
- Partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process
- Recruiting IT specialists - Software developers (Java, J2EE, .Net, C#, MS SQL, Oracle, SAP, OEBS, DWH, Cognos, Tibco, Informatica, Terradata), Quality Assurance specialists, Support Engineers, Software Architects, Project/Program Managers
- New recruitment channels identification
- Market investigation/research
Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- Ability to work within tense timeline
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
