We’re looking for an ambitious Resource Manager to join our Delivery Management team and effectively handle work distribution activities.
Resource Manager
Location: Warszawa
Get ready to:
- Analyze and handle the demand for specialists from the Business Development department and other Polcode departments
- Manage traffic/distribute work within the entire Delivery department with the support of managers of a given specialist
- Keep data up to date regarding the availability of specialists (current and projected in the future) in the tools used at Polcode
- Prepare summaries and reports
- Support for the People Operations department in recruitment planning
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards
- Continuously improve the Resources Management process and manage databases of external partners and Polcode specialists
If you…
- Are characterized by meticulousness and accuracy
- Are skilled in multitasking and think analytically
- Have at least theoretical knowledge of the software development cycle
- Are able to select specialists based on the Discovery Brief and materials from the client
- Use English at least at a B2 level
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge in the implementation of IT projects
- Practical knowledge in the field of business analysis
