YOUR ROLE
As a trainer you are responsible for training our existing and new staff in our key areas: successful sales retail ceremonies and processes to maximize customer and brand experience in a consistent way to achieve and exceed sales, service goals and profit. You will provide training on the job and in classroom.
You are able to create learning experiences; this is the process of learning through experience or learning through reflection on doing. You are a perfect role model and are best in class in accordance to our standards. You are responsible for the implementation of global training contents and training goals on a local level
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably working in the training department at premium brand and/or lifestyle brand
- Willingness to plan, travel and work independently
- Hands-on mentality, establish great teamwork within the training department
- University degree (psychology, sociology)
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English
