Risk Control Operations Specialist
Work location: Zabierzów
The role:
In this role you will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the credit static data and credit limits in various in-house, credit & trading systems for the Credit Officers community in global locations.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
- Confirming that the credit authority on limit proposals have been checked
- Providing support to Credit Officers and acting upon their instructions
- Establishing, amending or canceling the limit and maintain the credit static data in the systems concerned
- Liaising with other teams in various locations to complete the process
- Participating in process improvement activities
- Taking ownership of any additional activities which will be migrated to operations
Requirements:
- Master degree, preferably in a field related to business or finance
- Experience in working in banking environment
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical problem solving skills
Additional assets:
- Knowledge of capital market and lending products
