For our Client, international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Risk Control Specialist.

As Successful Candidate you will work in the Collateral Evaluation team within Credit Methodology, which is part of Risk Methodology. This is the competence center for determining lending values and derivatives margins. As a Risk Control Specialist you would support the Lombard business globally by providing generic lending values for marketable securities such as equities and bonds used as collateral for Lombard loans. As successful Candidate you will be assessing different types of securities and deciding on generic lending values within a defined framework, preparing and conduct internal trainings and presentations in relation to lending values, running or supporting small projects and enhancing current guidelines, product specialists, credit officers, and other stakeholders.

As ideal Candidate should have expertise in the field of finance / risk analysis ideally within a broad risk control or risk management capacity, sound understanding of financial markets and investment products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products and hedge funds. Strong academic background in a Finance related area or in Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics , excellent written and spoken English, very good knowledge of MS Office as well as strong problem solving skills with an analytical, open mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to work in the team and pro-active working approach and willingness to go the extra mile to support the team. Programming skills e.g. VBA, SQL would be an asset.
