Job Description
- Participate in knowledge transfer
- Ensure that service quality is maintained during transition
- Maintain excellent relationships with the current outsourcing provider to limit any transition risks
- Pass knowledge and skills testing prior to going live
- Ensure high quality process documentation
- Support a number of processes which include:
- engagement terms;
- audit letters;
- UAT of some CNCT Systems;
- data maintenance;
- reporting;
- security reports;
- information security and governance
- information barriers assistance
- Escalate issues and risks to the manager
- Participate in regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders, as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work
- Be responsible for assigned KPI's to meet customer needs
- Initiate/participate in process improvement projects
- Administration, Management, Economy, Engineering or Finance and Accounting background;
- Fluent English and German
- Previous experience of working in document and/or database administration;
- 1-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a Shared Service/BPO environment;
- Proven experience in data research and ability to review and digest information quickly
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Quality oriented, attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to travel, particularly during transition
