Requirements:
- Experience in managing Automation projects and projects portfolio
- Successful track record deploying Automation projects portfolio of significant scale and ROI (demonstrable) annually
- Strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation domain (knows RPA tools and technologies, supporting software and solutions)
- Track record of creating / developing and implementing RPA Deployment Models
- Experience in coding within UI Path, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or other renowned RPA software
- Experience in managing Automation Team of regional or global scale
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
The mandate of Robotic Process Automation Manager and the Global Automation Team is to comprehensively develop, own and manage Automation program with standard governance, methodology, framework, toolset, software, RPA development and deployment model. In addition the role and the team is responsible to identify Automation opportunities, deliver robust Automation projects, and support and maintain all Automations for the organization. The goal is to ensure digitization of processes with significant efficiency savings for the organization while ensuring sustained or improved quality with vastly lower operating costs. All Automation tools must follow best coding practices, be fully compliant with all internal IT and HR policies and procedures as well as aligned with best industry standards.
Scope:
- Own the RPA framework, governance, methodology, program and processes for the organization
- Lead RPA program globally in cooperation with IT
- RPA technology and infrastructure with IT
- Discover, design, deliver Automation projects
- Support & maintain Automation projects
- Investigate, pilot and bring new innovative technologies
- Full reporting, dashboard, scorecard for the program
