RPA Development Lead
Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
- Strong automation background - experience in projects delivery. Technologies: UiPath, BluePrism, WinAutomation, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate).
- Good knowledge of SQL databases.
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationship.
- Problem solving approach, attention to details, proactive attitude, knowledge sharing abilities.
- Advanced English.
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, experience with SQL, ELK stack, VDI.
- Expertise on business technology & automation.
- JIRA/Confluence user, SCRUM methodology awareness.
What duties will help you grow?
- Business processes review and feasibility check in terms of automation.
- Develop automation solution in accordance with IA Practice coding standards.
- Creates and maintain technical documentation. Document best practices and development techniques.
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues to Lead Automation Architect and the technical implementation requirements.
- Mentor colleagues through internal automation trainings & meetings, knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives and automation trainings for client.
