We’re looking for Finance Manager to the finance function providing financial expertise to RRP (Risk Reduce Product) management team on business and investment decisions related to RRP, support in RRP performance management process (OL, LE, SRP, TDT) and relevant financial reports, KPIs and provide analysis supporting decision making in order to enable achievement of business objectives and improvement of financial performance.

- Developing of RRP financial and business objectives for annual and strategic plans in local markets and HQ
- Reviewing the financial performance of RRP against their objectives
- Providing to senior management analysis and suggestions for alternatives or corrective actions when necessary to meet business/financial objectives.
- Preparation of financial reports
- Consolidation of market & Global Function plans
- Sales and demand forecast report
- Preparation of yearly planning calendar
- Preparation of summary deck outlining main storyline
- Managing OCC/MFCF reporting and planning for GRRP Function
- Have an University Master Degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economy)
- 5 years of experience within Finance/FP&A or Controlling in multinational organization
- Experience in corporate finance and business processes development is required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- ACCA/CIMA certificate is an additional asset
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in exposure to top management
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong personality and team player mindset
- High integrity and ability to work with different cultures
- Commercial focused mindset and ability to act as a key business partner to senior management
