RTR Accountant with Lithuanian

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English (B2) and Lithuanian (B2)
- Minimum 3-years of experience on a position of Independent Accountant or similar, experience in finance & accounting as well as in taxes
- Master Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Accounting certificates
- Experience in preparation of tax reporting (VAT, CIT and local taxes)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud)
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal involvement from management
What will be your responsibilities?
- Maintaining high quality of accounting books
- Responsible for accounting reporting for both Group and Statutory purposes
- First point of contact for external partners to which accounting- and tax processes are outsourced (accountancy, local legislation compliance)
- Provide data to the external partner regarding statutory financial statement and tax returns (CIT, VAT)
- Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate and support the execution of activities related to internal and external audit requirements
- Work closely with BPO accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, issues and queries for related accounting issues in a timely manner
