For our client, a worldwide leading company with a stable position on the market, for a new Global Service Centre based in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
RTR Team Leader
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading a team of RTR accountants in day to day operations
- Managing period-end closing procedure for the clients
- Training and mentoring new and existing accountants
- Providing accountant performance input to the operations supervisor
- Handling non-routine or complex requests and issues
- Identifying opportunities for improvement of governance, process and/or systems
- Ensuring team metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
- Monitoring workload to ensure that the Accounting Processors are picking up and resolving it in a timely manner
- Ensuring that the quality of accountant postings meet predefined targets
- Ensuring that the team follows the governance and process rules
- Other, as supervisor may order
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting (GL)
- 1+ years of experience as team leader or supervisor in Finance / Accounting / RTR
- Previous experience working with RTR within ssc/bpo structure
- A high level accountancy qualification (i.e. CIMA / ACCA) or commitment to obtaining one will be an asset
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Readiness to work with different time zones
