For our Client, international banking institution, we are currently looking for a candidate who will join to the team which is responsible for dealing with business clients problems via telephone and emails.
Holding the position of Customer Service Specialist you will be expected to answer inbound customer calls and create support solutions that exceed theirs' expectations. Additionally you will create e-mails advising them on appropriate actions. Customer Service Specialist will have contact with business clients from other countries and will be responsible for creating attractive brand of global company.
To be successful in this role you will need to have fluent Russian and English. You should have also at least 3 months experience on a similar position and would like to develop in Financial Services. Moreover you should have excellent communication & problem solving skills and strong business focus. Decisiveness, flexibility and self-reliance are also required.
Please be advised that our client demands flexibility in terms of working hours (working schedule is Monday - Friday with shifts).
