For our Client, who is a global leader in the science of heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring, we are looking for candidates for a position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
We can provide employment for a period of 9 months (contract for replacement)
Hired person will be responsible for providing marketing support to the sales team such as ordering brochures, marketing samples and other marketing materials, ensuring translations, coordinating product advertising in local media. This position requires also close cooperation with sales team and legal department regarding contracts and invoices with customers or partners. Apart from that hired person will coordinate educational events for HCPs, organize arrangements related to participation of HCPs at educational events, organize company’s sponsorship, partnership, donation or participation (booth) to the third party events, effectively cooperate with internal branding department or external agencies. Employee will also organize complex travel arrangements for sales team, for group events and cooperate with relevant departments (e.g. group participation at congress, sales meetings, trainings) We are looking for a person with 2-3 years professional experience in administration, coordination or event management – health-care industry experience is a plus. We will consider Candidates educated to Bachelor degree in business administration or similar with fluent English. Suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to be able to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders at different levels. They will be focused on detail and have customer oriented attitude as well as data management experience. Advanced user of MS Office is a must.
