Job description
- Customer care on daily basis
- Placing new orders and monitoring exisiting ones
- Deliveries arrangement
- Complaints handling
- Payments and stocks monitoring
- Cooperation with different departments / plants
Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in Sales administration

Experience in plastic packaging will be a plus

Fluent English and Polish is a must
-
Plus very good knowledge 1 of the following: Spanish, French or German

Customer orientation

Multitasking ability and excellent time management

Stress resistance

Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks

Flexibility

Good operation of Excel and Word

SAP will be an advantage
