Due to the fast European expansion and opening the business in Poland our client is looking to employ an exceptional and talented Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in Poland. For the chosen candidate the company will provide first class support and a one of a kind career track.
Job description
- Develop and maintain the highest quality relationships with the strategic Key Accounts (Modern Trade clients)
- Actively participate in a launch of projects and implement the sales strategies
- Sustain the healthy growth of profit and revenues for dedicated customers
- Carry out negotiations and contracts with core clients and control the agreed budget
- Monitor and analyze the market and competitor activity
Who we are looking for
- Masters Degree in Management, Economics or relevant
- Min. 5 years of professional experience gained in sales to modern trade as KA
- Respective career longevity at previous companies within an international environment
- Solid commercial background with the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Proven success of working with and developing a major international retail chain in Poland
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
